To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Google Cloud Specialist to contribute his or her expertise to our international projects.

Job requirements

Your responsibilities

Responsible for architecting, planning and implementing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions in complex, data-driven projects.

Manage and optimize cloud environments for scalability, availability and security

Design and implement data pipelines and data engineering and big data solutions

Automate and monitor cloud workflows and processes

Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to optimize data-driven business processes.


Your qualifications
Expertise required:

GCP services:
Experience with BigQuery, DataProc, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions and Pub/Sub
Infrastructure and Container Management:
Kubernetes and/or Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) experience
Data Processing:
Spark, Dataflow, Airflow
DevOps tools:
CI/CD skills, such as Bitbucket, TeamCity, or Jenkins
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) management and experience with network security and cloud identity and access management (IAM) on GCP.


Other requirements
Degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field.
Certification as a Google Cloud Professional (e.g., Cloud Architect, Data Engineer) is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture development and cloud infrastructure optimization for data engineering and machine learning
Independent and structured work style with a high degree of initiative
Good written and spoken German and English skills
