To further strengthen our internal and external communication, we are looking for an empathetic and motivated language trainer for business German & English.
Job requirements
Your tasks
Conducting practical language training in German and English – for skilled workers and managers
Supporting the linguistic preparation of presentations, meetings, and customer appointments
Developing exercises and materials related to real project situations at SIMO
Promoting intercultural communication within the company
Conducting training sessions in person at the SIMO office in Aschaffenburg
What you bring
For experienced professionals:
Several years of experience as a language trainer in a business context (German and English)
Didactic sensitivity and confident manner
For students (e.g., teaching, linguistics):
Initial practical experience in language coaching (German and English) or a keen enthusiasm for languages and teaching
Motivation to develop your career in the field of communication and education
Requirements
An empathetic communication style and the ability to adapt to different target groups
Ideally, an interest in topics such as data, consulting, or digitalization
Reliable availability for approx. 15-20 hours per week (part-time or working student)
