Language Trainer for Business German and English (m/f/d)

At SIMO, we shape data-driven transformation for leading companies. To enable our entire team from employees to management to act even more confidently in international communication, we are looking for you as an experienced language trainer for Business German & English.

Your tasks

• Conduct regular language training for specialists and management

• Individual promotion of language skills in German and English with a focus on business communication

• Support in presentations, meetings, and customer conversations in both languages

• Development of tailored exercises, adapted to real project situations at SIMO

• Conducting the training on-site in our Aschaffenburg office in person, directly, effectively

What you bring

• Several years of experience as a language trainer in a business context (German & English)

• Passion for language, communication, and personal development

• Empathetic demeanor, didactic skill, and the ability to adapt to different target groups

• Ideally an understanding of topics related to data, consulting, or digital transformation

• Reliable availability for 20 hours per week on-site
